A specialty with attractive dimensions, made from carefully selected fresh meat from heavy Italian pigs.

Crafted artisanally using all the tender and lean parts of the pig, with only the addition of fresh spices and natural herbs. Left to age naturally, it will develop a beautiful and aromatic white bloom on the outside by the end of the aging process.
