Made using only fresh meat from heavy Italian pigs, with the addition of high-quality spices, natural herbs, and fresh garlic. The process is artisanal. Encased in natural casing, it is aged slowly. By the end of the aging process, it will develop a beautiful white bloom, indicating natural maturation.

It contains no lactose or gluten.
